I have been an adult nurse practitioner for over 16 years.  My experiences in the fields of primary care, cardiology, rheumatology and palliative care have served as a lens through which I view the whole person in my care.  I have advanced training in communication which I use in conjunction with shared decision making to come up with the most fitting and comprehensive medication therapy plan. By taking a step back and assessing the many facets of an individual I hope to help restore balance.  I specialize in medication management for depression, anxiety and the spectrum that incorporates these illnesses.
